MKA Foyer – Triangulations

64 Sutton Street, home to MKA’s winter season, continues to extend its foyer so that the audience travels through a set cemetery, lit by Rob Sowinski, to arrive at the third and final space imbued with a soundscape of tribal thumping, designed by Russell Goldsmith and Chris Wenn.

Simon Matthews, transcendental.

Wrapping up the season is Glyn Roberts’ Triangle, the play recently shortlisted for this year’s Patrick White Award. While White set impossibly high standards for playwrights during his time, this Theatre of New Writing is directing the follow spot at equally unique and heady pieces, produced, with unyielding vim and dedication by Glyn Roberts, who even personally hand washes your dirty wine glasses every night behind the bar.

Elizabeth Nabben, in Triangle.
